Application for a Staff Parking Permit

Senior Student Parking Applications are now being accepted!
The Campus Police will be accepting the Senior Student Parking Applications on Wednesday, 9/21/2022 at the Campus Police Office during the lunch periods. -

Since it's that time of year that many students request working papers from the Guidance Dept., they can be found HERE! -
Dear Parents of 11th Grade Students,
An important form regarding graduation assessment requirements has been published to your Genesis Parent Access portal in your "Forms" tab. The form is named "NJGPA Acknowledgement". A parent/guardian is required to log into their Genesis account, type their name at the bottom of the form, and submit it to acknowledge that they have read the form. The form is being published to student accounts as well for informational purposes. Parents will be unable to access any other area of their Parent Access account until the form has been submitted.

West "Research in Science" takes many honors at the Coriell Institute Science Fair!
A local science fair sponsored by the Coriell Institute each year attracts high school talent from all over South Jersey. Students participated in a virtual presentation of their research projects this year and on Saturday, March 20, West's "Research in Science" students under the guidance of Mr. Grillo made a name for themselves!
Here are their places in each category and special awards earned:

1st Place: Engineering - Man Cao
2nd Place: Environmental Science - Nina Biedebach

Black History Month Essay/Poster/Video Contest Entries Accepted Until 1/30/23
The Cherry Hill African American Civic Association (CHAACA), and co-sponsor, the Cherry Hill Public Library, are accepting entries for the annual Black History Month Essay/Poster/Video Contest.
The contest is open to ALL public school students in Cherry Hill in grades K through 12th. The essay, poster or video must depict an African American inventor that obtained a United States patent through the U.S. Patent Office or African American innovators in their field, i.e., medicine, science, etc. (Example: Dr. Charles Drew developed techniques for large scale blood storage.)
Entries are due by January 30, 2023. Full contest rules and submission instructions are available online.

IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL PARENTS: Please be sure to have your children take the District's daily self-assessment each morning before they leave for school, and follow the recommendations in the self-assessment. If you have additional questions regarding this matter, please contact your school nurse.

Kindergarten Pre-Registration Now Open
Online pre-registration for kindergarten and 1st grade (for children entering public school for the first time) is now open.
All required documentation must be submitted to the Central Registration Office by March 31, 2023.
