  • Kindergarten Orientation Dates

    Calendar

Parents and Guardians, please read the attached document listing District Wide Kindergarten Orientation dates and times. All sessions will be virtual.  A detailed message from the building principal will be sent to all families describing the Orientation.  As a reminder kindergarten sections and class assignments have not been finalized so communication from your perceived home school principal does not indicate placement.

  • Meal Distribution Available for All Students through School Closure; State Offers Guidance for Families with P-EBT Card Issues

     Brown bag lunch

Continuing through the summer until August 31, 2020, our district will provide meals free of charge to ALL STUDENTS IN CHERRY HILL. On Mondays, students may receive 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches from 10 am to noon. On Wednesdays, students may receive 3 grab-and-go breakfasts and 3 grab-and-go-lunches from 10 am to noon. Choose your pickup site: Cherry Hill High School East or Cherry Hill High School West.

Please be sure to have your student ID number or proof of Cherry Hill residence, such as a driver's license with Cherry Hill address, ready to enable pickup.

    Questions? Email publicinfo@chclc.org

Several families have contacted the Cherry Hill Public Schools concerning incorrect or missing P-EBT cards from the State of New Jersey. We have been in touch with officials from the NJ Department of Human Services who offer the following guidance:

"The best way for parents to reach out is through the NJSNAP website inquiry form if their questions are not already addressed in the  FAQ. Our main number should not be used for P-EBT inquiries as the volume is too high to accommodate and prevents unrelated P-EBT callers from being able to get through. We are responding in the order received so we ask that they please be patient and not submit multiple inquiries as this slows response time.“
