Fall Season for Cross Country 2020-2021
Welcome all Carusi runners to the Fall Season of Cross Country. In a normal year our Cross Country team would have been running all summer on their own, with structured practices starting the first Tuesday of August at Jake's Place. This year, due to Covid-19, we will not be holding practices at Jake's place. I encourage all runners, regardless of skill level, to practice on their own 4 to 5 day a week. Start by running 15 minutes a day and work yourself up to 25 minutes a day. Any questions, please contact Mr. Brake directly: kbrake@chclc.org I look forward to seeing you all in school and at practice in September.
