Community Use of Facilities
The Cherry Hill School District permits the use of school buildings and facilities by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities to the extent possible under law.
The District’s Business Office Department/Business Administrator is responsible for organizing and scheduling all requests for use of facilities submitted from internal and outside groups. Requests are processed, scheduled, and any applicable payments processed.
Please complete the Use of Facilities Request Form and submit it to Alisha Wilson, Administrative Assistant to the Business Administrator at email@example.com. Office contact number is (856)429-5600 ext. 4348 with any questions.
- All outside organizations are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to their event date.
A permit is required for any Use of Facilities – Interior use of buildings (ie: classrooms, auditorium, etc.) and Exterior use of the school property (ie: field usage, parking lot, etc.) by submitting an application and receiving Administrative approval with a permit number.
Please review the sample insurance certificate and provide to your insurance provider to ensure it is completed properly.
How to email the Preliminary Application:1. After filling out the form press either "Ctrl + P" or the Print Icon.
2. Select the Printer/Destination as "PDF."
3. Save the PDF.
4. Attach and email the PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org
