Community Use of Facilities

The Cherry Hill School District permits the use of school buildings and facilities by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities to the extent possible under law.

The District’s Business Office Department/Business Administrator is responsible for organizing and scheduling all requests for use of facilities submitted from internal and outside groups. Requests are processed, scheduled, and any applicable payments processed.

Please complete the Use of Facilities Request Form and submit it to Alisha Wilson, Administrative Assistant to the Business Administrator at awilson@chclc.org. Office contact number is (856)429-5600 ext. 4348 with any questions.

Please note, all outside organizations are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to their event date.

Please review the sample insurance certificate and provide to your insurance provider to ensure it is completed properly.
