Medication Administration
District policy requires a written prescriber's order and written parent permission for administration of all medications, over the counter as well as prescription. This medication order and parental permission must be renewed every year. The district can no longer accept the pharmacy label on the medication in lieu of the prescriber's written order.

Hepatitis B Vaccine Information
New Jersey law requires immunization against Hepatitis B. Students in Grades 9-12 who have not started the required course for Hepatitis B may be excluded from school.
