Danyelle Edwards Welcome Letter to Parents
-
Dear Malberg Family Greetings,
As the Principal of the Estelle V. Malberg Early Childhood Center, it is my pleasure to welcome you and your child to the 2023-2024 school year. The staff and I are looking forward to seeing you on the first day of school, Tuesday, September 5, 2023. It will be a half day. Students will be dismissed at 1:30 pm. To help you and your child gain a better understanding of Malberg and the coming year, we have scheduled a Sneak and Peek on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm.
Our Welcome Packet, Family Handbook, PTA Membership Flyer, and Teaching Strategies Family App Flyer are attached to this email. Please be sure to visit the Genesis Parent Portal via the www.chclc.org website for the ELECTRONIC FORMS you will need to complete. Also, be reminded to update any and all CONTACT information if it changes throughout the year. You will be able to access your child’s teacher and bus information in Genesis once you have completed all ELECTRONIC FORMS.
Please be sure to label all student backpacks and lunch boxes.
We enthusiastically await your arrival and the beginning of the new school year on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Our Back to School Night is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm. More details to follow as we approach this date.
For parents of students who receive BUS SERVICE, please refer to Genesis for your child’s transportation information, as it will be available a week before the first day of school.
