Community Use of Facilites

  • All field permits for the spring and summer 2023 seasons have been issued. There are no available fields. Office contact number is (856)429-5600 ext. 4348 with any questions.

    The Cherry Hill Public School District encourages the use of school buildings and facilities by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities to the extent possible under law.  Cherry Hill School District believes that school facilities are an important resource in developing and sustaining lifelong learning, in promoting intergovernmental cooperation, and in encouraging citizen participation in community activities.

    Please Note:

    • All outside organizations are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to their event date.
       
    • A permit is required for any Use of Facilities – Interior use of buildings (ie: classrooms, auditorium, etc.)  and  Exterior use of the school property (ie: field usage, parking lot, etc.) by submitting an application and receiving Administrative approval with a permit number.

    Please review the sample insurance certificate and provide to your insurance provider to ensure it is completed properly.
