Roofing (included related HVAC and Masonry Work)

• Bid Package One - Cherry Hill High School East and Cooper, Sharp, and Knight Elementary Schools
  Contract awarded - $6,991,500
• Bid Package Two - Cherry Hill High School West and Barton, Kilmer, and Kingston Elementary Schools
  Contract awarded - $9,640,000
• Bid Package Three - Beck Middle School and Woodcrest Elementary School
  Contract awarded - $7,222,000

 

All Purpose Room Additions - Kingston, Barton, Sharp, Knight, Johnson, and Mann Elementary Schools

• The New APR Additions will include a regulation basketball court, a stage, storage, separate entrance to an office area and bathroom to support activities in this new ES specialized space.
• Playground replacements at Johnson, Kingston, Knight, and Mann are also included in this project (equipment to be purchased separately).
• Project is slated to begin Summer of 2023.
• 18-month timeline for completion.
• Bid award - $25,191,877.

 

Playground Replacements - Harte and Paine Elementary Schools

• Included surrounding sitework.
• Work completed Fall of 2023.

• Included installation of home and visitor bleachers, press box, lights, and fencing.
• Work completed Summer of 2023.

 

HVAC Partial Replacement – Cherry Hill High School West, D wing

• Partial replacement of HVAC.

• Utilized ESSER Grant and Regular Operating District (ROD) Grant Funds.
• Work completed Winter of 2023.

 

Carpet and Vinyl Asbestos Tile (VAT) Removal and Replacement - Rosa Middle School

• VAT removal conducted when building was vacant.
• Replacement tile installed on first floor in classrooms and second floor of hallways and classrooms in B wing.
• Included locker replacements.
• Work completed Summer of 2023.
