LEGAL NOTICE

The Cherry Hill Board of Education, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, by authority of said Board, solicits sealed bids for Annual Fire & Security Systems Services and Maintenance Contract.  Bids to be received at the Business Office of the Cherry Hill Board of Education, located at the Lewis Administration Building, 45 Ranoldo Terrace, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 up to 10:00 AM prevailing time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

ANNUAL FIRE & SECURITY SYSTEMS SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

You may request a package be emailed by sending your request, along with full contact information to Jasmine Kee, Purchasing Coordinator at jkee@chclc.org.

All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in these specifications.  Bids which are not submitted on such form may be rejected.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
