There are three Air Force Core Values we try to instill in all cadets:

Integrity First - This is a character trait. It is the willingness to do what is right even when no one is looking. It is considered to be our moral compass or inner voice of self-control.  Character begins with integrity.

Service before Self - This means that our duties and/or obligations take precedence over our personal desires. For example, completing homework before watching TV or playing video games; assisting a fellow cadet in drill or academics despite you wanting to be the better or best cadet. 

Excellence in All We Do - We should have a passion for continuous improvement and innovation that will in enhance performance and lead to being better prepared for the future.  Cadets who demonstrate this core value put in the time and effort necessary to produce excellent work/results.  They have a compelling desire to do things right regardless of the challenge.
